Information collected
The site may collect your email address when you join the waitlist, plus course enrollment, payment status, sign-in records, support messages, and information you voluntarily provide during live teaching. Stripe processes payment card details when enrollment is open; this site does not store complete card numbers.
How it is used
Information is used to notify you when places open if you joined the waitlist, process enrollment, provide course access, deliver live-session instructions and updates, answer support requests, protect the service, and meet legal and accounting obligations. It is not sold for third-party advertising.
Service providers
Necessary information may be handled by hosting, database, email, payment, and live-meeting providers. Those providers process data under their own terms and may operate in countries different from yours.
Live sessions
Live sessions are intended to be recorded for enrolled students. Participants should not share client-identifying, medical, payment, or other sensitive information. You may participate with your camera off and should contact the trainer before class if you have a recording concern.
Access, correction, and deletion
You may request access to or correction of your personal information. Deletion requests are subject to records that must be retained for security, transactions, tax, dispute, or legal purposes.
